Juzala Salwa advises CVI on a EUR 7 million private debt financing granted to Latvia based APF Holdings

Juzala Salwa Law Firm, with the invaluable assistance of TGS Baltic, had the pleasure of advising CVI on a EUR 7 million private debt financing granted to Latvia based APF Holdings, which includes SIA Alūksnes putnu ferma, one of the largest egg producers in the Baltics. APF will utilize the funds from the bond issue to execute the company's growth plans.

The transaction was led by Jakub Salwa (partner) who was supported by Jakub Jadanowski (junior associate).
