Juzala Salwa advises CVI on SMEO fintech financing of up to 40 million PLN

JuzalaSalwa had the pleasure of advising CVI on the financing of SMEO fintech.

The financing, amounting to PLN 40 million and divided into tranches, is long-term in nature. The first issue of PLN 20 million was carried out in May 2025, and the bonds were issued for a period of 3.5 years.

By advising on this transaction, JuzalaSalwa once again confirmed its expertise and established position in advising on financing transactions for entities operating in the financial and fintech sectors.
