Juzala Salwa advises on subparticipation of a portfolio of non-performing receivables connected with a number of series of corporate bonds

Juzala Salwa advised its long-standing client, a market-leading coporate bonds investment fund, in the transaction of subparticipation of a portfolio of non-performing receivables  connected with a number of series of corporate bonds issued by various issuers. The portfolio was subparticipated by a specialized securitization fund.
