Marta is an advocate trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Her interests include civil law and commercial law. She is interested in the interdependencies between commercial law and dynamically developing environmental law. She supports the Law Firm's team in activities related to handling corporate matters and in financing transactions, including the establishment of their security. She is gaining experience in conducting transactions on the capital market, with particular emphasis on the bonds issuances.
