Tomasz specializes in real estate law, particularly legal due diligence, sales transactions, commercial leasing and the development process. For several years, he provided comprehensive services to one of the largest investment funds in Poland, managing a real estate portfolio including more than a dozen shopping malls and other assets.
His nearly 10 years of professional experience also includes advising on commercial company law. He participated in numerous M&A transactions in the non-public market and advised on the sale of shares of a public company worth approximately PLN 1.7 billion.
Prior to joining Juzala Salwa Law Firm, he gained experience at renowned Polish and international law firms, as well as in-house counsel at a Polish new technology company.
Since 2019, he has been employed as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where he teaches in English to international students.
