Wioletta specializes in transactions on the debt capital market. She has extensive experience in the field of investment financing. She has carried out a significant number of bond issues and has advised on securing financial debt. She participated in innovative investment projects in the real estate development field on an international scale.
For over 10 years, she has also been providing legal assistance in the field of commercial law, including corporate advice and the implementation of M&A projects. She provided services to complex international capital structures consisting of domestic and foreign companies and investment funds.
Before joining the Juzala Salwa Law Firm, she gained experience in Polish and internationally reputable law firms, as well as an in-house lawyer at an international real estate development and investment company.
